The Conference and Incentive Travel Unit will work simultaneously with the event organisers ensuring a dedicated service to our mutual clients.

We can offer specific pricing arrangements and at the same time we can centralise all your booking requests including electronic ticket issuance.

In addition to our varied choice of scheduled routes, Air Malta can also operate extra flights designed to be specific to your requirements.

  The individual delegate:
  
  Delegates will be given the possibility to book online through a Corporate Conference & Incentive booking engine www.airmalta.com/conferences by logging in, using a pre defined login and password.
  
  Delegates booking online will be guaranteed a percentage discount on all our fares which are open for sale at time of booking and which are found in our system. Alternatively delegates and participants may contact any Air Malta office to effect flight arrangements particular to their needs. Air Malta overseas offices will be notified in advance about the particular conference or event.
  
  
  Point to point groups:
  
  Groups requesting to travel to Malta from a particular area are co-ordinated between the station concerned and the respective desk at Head Office.
  
  
  Pan-European groups and beyond:
  
  Groups of a substantial size travelling from various Air Malta scheduled routes are handled through the Conference and Incentive Unit at Head Office. Receiving requests of this nature The Air Malta office in your country will assist you with your request and involve the CIT unit in order to locate the right availability and offer the required assistance.
  
  
  Co-ordinate travel arrangements through one office or assign a group leader in each location:
  
  The group organiser may independently co-ordinate arrangements for the whole movement to travel from various points to Malta, through one Air Malta office. Alternatively a group leader in each respective point of origin can also be designated. The group leader will work closely with the Air Malta office in the area.
  
  
  Desk at conference venue:
  
  Air Malta can also have its own staff at your disposal at the conference venue to monitor flight reconfirmation and any last minute changes or bookings that you may request during your event. The desk will be equipped with a reservations system and manned by Air Malta uniformed staff.
  
  
  Seat assignments and dedicated check-in counters:
  
  Pre-allocation of seating can be requested through the respective Air Malta office in your area or the Airport Passenger Handling Section in Malta. The assignment of dedicated check-in counters is available on request and is subject to operational requirements.
  
  Air Malta offices and representatives are located throughout the route network operated by Air Malta. Your initial contact may well be the Air Malta office nearest to your location. Our outstation staff will work closely with the respective desk or the Conference and Incentive Unit based at Head Office.
  
  Since not all group movements can be handled in the same way, we are flexible enough to meet any requirements a particular group may have.
